How to search for items in our shop?
If you are looking for a specific item, please use the search icon or browse through the various categories. If you cannot find what you would like or if there is something you do like, please consider using the custom order option or contact us for assistance.

Need help with an order?

Where do I find the status of my order and my tracking number?
Customers can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and in their My Orders page.

The different shipping statuses:
Shipped: means that we have completed your order, and it is on its way to you.
Pre-transit: We have added a tracking number, and it is pending scanning at the shipping facility.
In Transit: We have dropped off your order at the shipping facility and it is on its way to you.
Delivered: The package has arrived, and you can now leave a review for your order.

Should you require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us via email.  To enhance our ability to assist you, please include your order number and name for reference.

How long will it take me to get my order?
Our processing time is 2-7 business days for ready-to-ship products.
If you place a customized/personalized item(s), please allow 7-14 days for processing and shipping.
 
Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancelation or changes of orders to be made once an order is placed for a customized/personalized item(s) even if an order is delayed or outside of estimated processing time.
Cancellations and modifications to custom order requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement. We kindly request that a formal 'Cancellation Request' be sent to us in writing via email to ensure the accuracy of our records. Please direct your email to renona@rm-designs-llc.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation.

Once we have procured the necessary items or materials, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom orders are tailored specifically to the customer’s specifications, including size, shape, and colors. Therefore, once a custom order enters production or has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, refusal, or return, as these customized items cannot be resold or restocked.
 
Can I combine multiple orders?
We will do our best to combine orders if those orders are placed before the items are shipped. Although we will do our best to fulfill your request, we cannot guarantee this may be possible.

If we are able to combine orders and shipping is more than the shipping cost already paid, you will be billed for the additional shipping costs before the order is processed. If shipping is less, you will be refunded the difference.
 
How much is shipping?
Currently, shipping will vary based on the location and weight of the item(s). Shipping costs start at $5.00 for Ground Advantage through USPS.
 
How do I place a customized/personalized order?
Please make sure to select the custom order option and provide the details you would like to customize for your order. If there are any questions, you will be contacted within 24 hours to verify and discuss your request.
 
Can you ship to a different mailing address than the billing address?
If you are shipping to someone else, please use their information in the mailing address, and we will gladly ship it to them.

Can I get local delivery?
We are happy to offer local delivery within reasonable distances. If you would like to discuss local delivery options, please contact us via email at renona@rm-designs-llc.com or through chat. We kindly ask that you do this before placing your order, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
