Shipping Policy
USA Shipping ONLY at this time using USPS or UPS.
Any Ready to Ship products (RTS) will ship within 2-3 business days. RTS products include premade items and non-customized/personalized items.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for customized/personalized items to ship, they are made to order.
If you order both RTS and customized/personalized at the same time, your order will ship when the customized/personalized is ready to ship. If you want to order both customized/personalized and RTS items but would like the RTS to be shipped ahead of customized/personalized, place TWO separate orders.
If your order is returned to RM Designs LLC for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of RM Designs LLC, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will not be refunded.
Local Delivery
If you would like local hand delivery of your products please send an email to renona@rm-designs-llc.com before you place your order so we can discuss options. Please remember that this is a small business so I will make the deliveries.
Cancellations
Cancellations and modifications to custom order requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement. We kindly request that a formal 'Cancellation Request' be sent to us in writing via email to ensure the accuracy of our records. Please direct your email to renona@rm-designs-llc.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once we have procured the necessary items or materials. Custom orders are tailored specifically to the customer’s specifications, including size, shape, and color. Therefore, once a custom order enters production or has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, refusal, or return, as these customized items cannot be resold or restocked.
